Dr Lo in the past had held various top management posts at HK Telecom, Cable & Wireless plc, Citibank, WPP plc, China Unicom, I.T Limited, South China Media Group and Kidsland International Holdings Ltd. Dr Lo serves as an independent non-executive director on the board of a number of publicly listed companies in HK.
Dr. Lo has held numerous government appointments and is currently a member of the Cyberport Advisory Panel and was a board member of the Broadcasting Authority, the ASTRI and the Science Park. He was also a founding member of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Listing Committee
Recently, Dr Lo has been invited by the United Nations ESCAP to lead a task force for its Sustainable Business Network Committee to look at financial inclusion leveraging fintech in the region.

Dr FUNG is also Professor of Practice in Health Services Management at the Jockey Club School of Public Health & Primary Care , CUHK, where he teaches health services planning, healthcare innovation and technology management, healthcare financing, communications and marketing, and decision making in the School’s master and leadership programs.

Henry Ng is an IT and cybersecurity veteran for 30 years. He has held various senior management positions managing and growing cybersecurity businesses in the APAC region.
He was the former managing director of Thales, which helps APAC customers from different industry sectors including banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, transportation and utilities, manufacturing and higher education institutes to address cybersecurity.
Henry was appointed as the adjunct professor for University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering, and serves in a number of cybersecurity professional bodies including the director of Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong and Macau Chapter and member of the Hong Kong Expert Group on Cloud Security and Privacy. He has been invited frequently as speakers and panelists in many Cybersecurity and risk seminars in the region.
Henry holds numerous renowned IT and security certifications as well as Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Total turnover of the business is about 250 Billion from Hong Kong and Overseas。Customer digital experience is one of the key components of the wagering business. Since 2014 Richard’s team has been driving a digital and AI transformation journey with over 70 of transactions happening online now.
Outside the Hong Kong Jockey club Mr. Cheung is the Co-President of the World Tote Association as well as Vice president of the World lottery Association, both based in Europe. Leveraging his previous private equity and consulting experience, he is also an angel investor and advisors to multiple technology start-ups.
